U.S. commission says Baha’is should be freed

The U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) published a press release, demanding “the release of seven Iranian Baha’i prisoners of conscience who are set to go on trial … and could face the death penalty, noting that this particular action is just one manifestation of the much broader pattern and practice of the theocratically supported repression that marks Iran’s current electoral crisis.”
